EquipmentPro is an estimator module we build for you entirely inside ServiceTitan. There's no second login, and no double entry. Estimates, proposals, job costing, and reporting all stay in the platform you already pay for.
03Do my techs have to learn a new system for every manufacturer?+
No. Tier names and customer-facing descriptions are consistent across brands. A longtime single-brand dealer added a second manufacturer and rolled it out with effectively zero retraining.
04Does it work in the ServiceTitan mobile app?+
Yes. Techs build full Good / Better / Best proposals on mobile at the customer's home, and the office can pre-build estimates from the admin side before a visit.
05What if a customer wants a model that isn't set up?+
You can substitute equipment or use a placeholder. Because pricing is tied to the equipment and install items, the price follows the unit automatically, so swapping a component keeps your margin intact.
